Here are some of our favorites stories.

St Augustine Rd, Dysart, PA 16636, USA on the 14th of February, 2014, at 12:00pm

My brother and his wife were married on Valentine's Day in 2014.
Shortly after getting married, they got pregnant with their son, Alec. And shortly after that, my brother got diagnosed with stage 4 neuroendocrine cancer. My 36-year-old brother passed away in December of 2018 and I purchased the Under Lucky Stars map for his wife for Christmas, which was 2 weeks after he passed away, so she would have something to remember the exact day and moment they promised to love each other forever.
And she could look at those stars and always see him in them. It was a very special gift.

A story by Natalie P at 48369 Saerbeck, Deutschland on the 10th of February, 2018, at 6:30pm

On the 10th of February my beautiful girlfriend kissed me for the first time.
We were at her house having a party with some friends because there was a holiday in Germany. After some time she wanted me to show her room upstairs and we wanted to get some more alcohol. Suddenly she said that she wanted to kiss me and I paniced a little because the others also went upstairs to see what was taking so long and I really just wanted us to be alone when we would have our first kiss. So we told them we were coming and they went downstairs again.
After that, we left her room and just stood there in the corridor in silence and then she just looked at me and kissed me. And from that moment on our story began.

Lenox, MA, USA on the 24th of October, 2006, at 2:00pm

My story is that I had known my now husband for 3 years as a co-worker. I fell in love with him the minute I met him, but at that point love wasn't "in the stars" for us. We became best friends and day after day my love for Eric just grew and grew.
Fast-forward to October 24th when we went to a work-related event in Lenox, MA. I wasn't going to call him that day, he wasn't going to answer the phone but as fate and the stars alignment would have it - I did make that phone call, and he did answer the phone. We met up for lunch and had a lot of time in between to be together before the event - and were like two awkward teenagers. We'd been alone together before on several occasions and never had an awkward silence between us, but on this day something was different. There was an electricity in the room with us that couldn't be explained.
Long story, short... at 2:00 PM the stars aligned and we had our first kiss. To say it was amazing is an understatement. That first kiss turned into a now 14-year relationship, marriage and us being the soulmates we always knew we were.
PS - we still work together in the same office, same department as we did when we first met - 16 years strong as best friends.
This is just one of the most creative and amazing ways to capture those life moments you want to cherish forever. I'll be doing it again for our wedding, buying our first home and any other major life event that we happen upon. Thank you to the stars above for shining down on the world.
And thank you, Under Lucky Stars for this amazing gift you give to people like me and my husband. Truly a blessing.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t a day of celebration. This is the exact moment my grandpa took his final breath. And although it was a very sad day and one of the hardest days of my life, we all found comfort in knowing my grandma was waiting for him in heaven. So this is not only time he left us, but the moment he was with the love of his life again.
We are holding on to the fact that Grandma was waiting for him.
I gifted this to my dad and my aunt. Their mother, my grandma passed away 28 years ago. And losing their father, my grandpa, was extremely hard. This brought tears in their eyes both sad and happy ones.
Thank you for letting me tell my story.

A story by Robert D at San Antonio, TX 78258, USA on the 11th of January, 2013, at 10:00am

At about 1am I was woken up by my wife then 26 weeks pregnant with our first child.
She had been having trouble sleeping for the past few nights but this time she said we needed to go to the ER because something was not right. After going to the maternity ward of the hospital and what felt like hours and hours of tests the doctor came into the room and said that my wife was suffering from something called HELLP Syndrome and both her liver and kidneys were shutting down. The only cure to this is for an emergency delivery 3 months early. We were rushed to another hospital across town because the one we were at did not take babies that small.
At around 10am on January 11th Conrad Danger Duncan was brought into this world via emergency C-section. Weighing in at a whopping 2lbs 2oz and a lanky 13 inches. After fighting in the NICU for 85 days, he was finally able to come home where he has blossomed into and very smart, very strong, tender-hearted little boy.

My wife and I had our wedding on that day!
It was supposed to be outside and it poured down rain so it forced us inside. Luckily the wedding planners had it all set up and we had a beautiful wedding!
Thank you for the work you did on the picture! My wife loved it and said it is exactly what she wanted!

I was station overseas in South Korea, when I met my wife in Pohang.
Before my wife headed back to states (she left before me), we took a walk on the beach in Pohang on the night of Dec 14th. While walking on the beach I told her I loved her under the stars.
We got married almost a year later to the date. Above is a picture from earlier that day.

New York, NY, USA on the 25th of November, 2016, at 8:30pm

A story by Brittany D at New York, NY, USA on the 25th of November, 2016, at 8:30pm

On November 25th, 2016 at 8:30pm, I went on my first date with my boyfriend Nelson.
It was simple; we watched a movie and had some beers. But it was my first time allowing myself to be with another person after a 7 year relationship and a divorce. He and I would have many more dates. Then soon, we fell in love. I didn't think I would ever connect with another human being. I didn't think that someone could ever want me after going through such a difficult time. From losing my home, losing my job, losing faith in myself to the point where I gave up on life. But I got a second chance and he was waiting for me.
That simple first date changed my life. It GAVE me life. Because 2 years later, our daughter was born. We have our moments in life where you just dont see the light at the end of the tunnel. It's impossible sometimes and you feel this emptiness inside. I wanted to give up my dreams, my life... everything. Before 11/25/2016 I felt as if there could never be a break in my life. I felt like I was constantly drowning. But on that evening, he came into my world and breathed life back into me.
Ever since then, we have laughed together, cried together, struggled together and living as a family together. He motivates me to pursue my dreams and is a beautiful father to his little princess. As I told him when I ordered Under Lucky Stars... we were simply written in the stars.

New York, NY, USA on the 7th of June, 2008, at 12:30pm

A story by Elizabeth E at New York, NY, USA on the 7th of June, 2008, at 12:30pm

I saw an advertisement online and immediately thought it would make a wonderful Valentine's day gift for my husband.
I chose the heart shape and 06/07/08 because that was the day we were married. I wrote, "You are my Sunshine, my stars and my compass" for a few reasons. Mostly because when we first met I was "lost" and living a pretty sad life (admittedly he was too), but he guided me out of the darkness and to a happier life. Much like the sun, stars and compass guide you when you're lost. He is always my guidance every day for everything, he grounds me and gets me through my tough days.
I also sing "You Are My Sunshine" to him before we go to sleep most nights.. It's our "thing". He was so excited when he opened it and said it was such a thoughtful and sweet gift that really speaks from the heart.
Thank you for making our Valentine's day extra special we will be buying more from you that's for sure! The quality of the image and the frame is wonderful. It hangs proudly in our living room as a beautiful homage to the best day of our lives. His expression said it all. Thank you Under Lucky Stars. I got lucky finding you..

It was our first date and our first kiss!
I feel like we are meant for each other.
I feel we are soulmates!
From the moment we met it was perfection.
