We are Under Lucky Stars, we make beautiful star maps showing the alignment of the stars in a place and time chosen by you.
Everyone has that special moment in their life that is worth making into a star map.
We asked you to tell us about yours.
Here are some of our favorites stories.

On January 27th 2018, I met a special person.
It was our first date and I knew that he was going to be my star and my light at every single dark tunnel that we faced. He lit up my whole world, and I fell in love with him quickly. It was a moment me and him would never forget, it was definitely special.
Unfortunately, we did end up ending things recently, but we are still special to one another and we both hope that once we both better ourselves, that we both will continue our story, and look back on these stars and realize we were written in them whether it’s wrong or right.
Thank you for making such a memorable piece of art, he loved the gift, and knows that we are a special part of this world, especially together as one.

I had never been to Vegas before. My really really good friend wanted to take me there for the first time. Also, I hadn’t been on a vacation in 15 years! We had a blast, and as you could guess we already liked each other.
After seeing the Cirque du Soleil show Ka we were walking back to our hotel and that’s when my now fiancée asked me to be his girlfriend!! It was so special and he was so sweet. When he saw how much I loved Ka, he bought us tickets to another Cirque show the next day!
I’ll never forget it and now we go back there often to relive memories. And I got to show him how special it was to me with our star map.

Connor and I have always known each other. He was my younger sister's best friend in elementary school and I have always been connected with him through mutual friends. We used to communicate through social media 8 years ago when we were teenagers but nothing ever came from it. I heard Connor joined the military through our mutual friends but we did not start talking until back in June 2018.
I fell in love with him the first day we met 1-on-1. I knew he was the one. I always dreamed of a love like this. He asked me to marry him 2 months later while we were drinking milkshakes and eating French fries in a diner. I didn't think he was serious but a month later we were standing on my favorite beach together with just my dad and the justice of the peace and we were eloping. It was at 2pm in our favorite town and at a beach that my mother had always brought me to.
Connor loves space, has always loved the night sky. I knew this was the right gift for us to be able to view every day.
It was perfect, I wanted to capture this moment in every way I could and this star map did it for me.

March 17, 1999 at 6:37am is the exact moment a blessing entered my life.
I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl and since that day she has blessed me every day with love, humor, and beauty. She makes me a better person that I hope one day she can say she is proud of. She has become my best friend and I cannot imagine what my life would be without her.

On that evening, my now husband of 6 years and I promised ourselves to each other.
We were in a beautiful cafe talking about what the future holds for us. He looked deep into my eyes and said: "The future is us, don’t you worry". We were engaged 2 months later and married the following September. In October we welcomed our first child.
The most beautiful part about the constellation map is that there are two people holding hands on it. Looks like it was written in the stars that night for us to be together.
Thank you to Under Lucky Stars for our beautiful map!!!

In 2013 I moved to Dallas Texas from Pensacola Florida where I am from. I started waitressing.
Another year passed, on October 11th my roommate at the time had this table that I have noticed across the room. This was a country/biker restaurant and at her table, there was this guy that stuck out to the regular guests. He had tattoos and bright blue eyes. I got my roommate to let me take over her table.
We got into a conversation with him, we were talking about where we were from. He was there for work and he is from California, so we are from different sides of the US. We then moved on to talking about tattoos and he asked me what was on my arm. I said he wouldn’t know these lyrics nor the band, as they aren’t big. He said he'd give his best shot. I said it was a band called Lydia. I looked down as I said that and saw that he got goosebumps, his jaw dropped. He pulled up his sleave and showed his tattoo of the album cover of the same band and album from the lyrics I have on my arm, we both were stunned.
Now it’s 2019 and we are married and we moved to Kansas City, MO.

At this time and place, my first baby sister was born.
I gave it to her for her 13th birthday, her last one before I leave for college, to remind her that I love her to the stars and back no matter where I go.

Three/four years ago, my step father had a double lung transplant. It was a 7 month battle that escalated very quickly at the end, luckily he received a donor just in time.
Two years after the surgery he started getting very sick again, they didn’t understand why. October of 2017 we heard the words no one ever wanted to hear, cancer. Later found it was mesothelioma.
My mom and and step father got married in the chapel of the university of Pennsylvania on January 26, 2018, he lost his battle and we lost him, one year ago today. March 8th, 2018. My mom had to celebrate her first anniversary without her husband, so my sister and I decided to make it special for her and get her a map of the stars on the day and time they were married.
There are no words to help heal her, so we are doing our best to help her cope and keep his memory alive. She absolutely loved it, so thank you for your wonderful business!

On that night, me and this boy would walk home from school. He had gotten detention and asked me if I waited for him and he would walk me home. I waited the extra hour after school. We would tell each other everything, stories of our childhood, our mental health, our highs and lows, who we trusted and who we didn’t, the stories of how our parents met and got married.
We would tell the stories of what scared us as a child, and what helped us overcome those fears. We would talk about our hopes and dreams, what we hoped to achieve in life.
We would walk along the road, perhaps glancing at some trees that had Christmas lights hanging from the branches to get the town into the Christmas spirit, and our hands would touch by chance. We wouldn’t let go.
We would continue to walk, smiling and in silence, as he walked me to my bus stop, giving me a hug goodbye. But not before asking me to be his girlfriend.
4 years later, the rest is history. We were 15 and we are now 19, still so very much in love. I am so glad I waited for him after his detention at school. For if I didn’t, who knows what would’ve happened and where we would be now.

Joe and Jasmine have known each other since middle school at Haysville Junior High and went on to Campus High School together, graduating a couple of years apart (2002 & 2004). Although they were not close friends, they were friendly with each other over the years.
Fast forward to 2015 and the two become closer and talk more often. In 2016 both were going through some life changes and became nearly inseparable, easy to say “best friends”. The two would meet up to talk about life changes, grab tacos on taco Tuesday, check out random local night scenes, and seek out the best coffee they could find. A few vacations as great friends making great memories.
April 21st, 2018 started like any other night. Dancing, shots, hookah, and tons of laughs. The two were out with friends and the night turned into the next day. While having a private conversation about “Who knows what” in a friends laundry room, Jasmine felt something - a spark, and leaned in without welcome and kissed Joe. He immediately asked, “Where did that come from?”. “It came from the heart,” she replied. Slowly and cautiously their worlds changed. Almost a year later the two have blossomed a beautiful and lasting relationship, continuing to grow and love one another deeply.
That night is a forever reminder of the blessing of change between the two. How friendship turned into a “perfect” relationship.
